Billistic

Welcome aboard “Billistic,” a purpose-built game fishing boat that was designed to catch fish. The 11.5 meter vessel has been custom built in Broome by local boat builder Rod Wellington. It boasts a 5 meter tower, perfect for spotting sailfish, and a spacious 3.6 meter walk-around deck that enables multiple hook-ups. The boat is equipped with a flushing toilet, providing added convenience during your fishing charter, and ample shade to allow you to fully enjoy your time on the water.

“Billistic” was launched in June 2003 and is certified to 2C 8×2 survey standards. She underwent a full refit in 2022, receiving new engines, top-of-the-line Simrad electronics, carbon fibre outriggers, DC Deck Sea deck masterpiece, and a full sound system, making her one of the top game fishing boats on the west coast of Australia.

The cabin is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering ample shade and comfortable seating, as well as a fridge freezer for drinks. The 2022 refit has made “Billistic” not only  a well-equipped platform for a comfortable day on the water but a and a top teir fishing weapon on the west coast with accolades to prove.

With a top speed of 37 knots and cruising capabilities of 22 to 24 knots, “Billistic” can quickly reach Broome’s fishing grounds, no matter the time of year.
