Booking terms & Conditions

 

Booking Terms and Conditions for Life on the Line Pty Ltd trading as Broome Billfish Charters:

Bookings: Customers may book a fishing charter by contacting Broome Billfish Charters and providing their preferred date and time. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Broome Billfish Charters once payment is received.

Payment: Full payment must be received by Broome Billfish Charters to secure a booking. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Broome Billfish Charters reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

Minimum Numbers for Group Charters: Group charters have a minimum number of customers required to operate. In the event that the minimum number of customers is not met the evening before the charter, customers will be offered the option to upgrade to a private charter or receive a credit note valid for 2 years from the date of the booking.

Weather Conditions: Broome Billfish Charters reserves the right to cancel a charter due to inclement weather conditions for the safety of its customers. In the event of a weather cancellation, customers may choose to reschedule their charter for another date or receive a full refund.

Cancelations and Refunds: Customers may cancel their bookings at any time. Refunds will be issued as per our Cancelation and refund policy

Liability: Broome Billfish Charters takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property during the charter. Customers are advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions and to take out personal insurance if desired.
